We stand behind the scooters we sell. If your scooter has a major manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, we’ll replace it with a brand new one—simple as that.

After 30 days, your scooter is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which includes free replacement parts if anything goes wrong due to a defect.

Yes, you can test ride any of our models for free. If you'd like to option to take it out for a longer time (i.e. 1-hour, 24-hours) we have rental options available as well. Schedule a test ride or rental here.

Always use a U-lock, not a cable lock. Lock it around the frame near the bottom where the stem connects to the board. Do not leave it outside overnight. Insert an Airtag or similar GPS inside the board to help track it if stolen (we can help install this for you).
