Warranty Information

If your scooter experiences a major manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement unit at no cost.

Each scooter manufacturer offers its own parts-only warranty. Most manufacturers do not cover labor. For detailed and model-specific warranty terms, please refer to the manufacturer’s website. Please note that physical damage, accidents, normal wear-and-tear (such as flat tires or brake pads), and water damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

If Something Goes Wrong

Central Scoot offers free lifetime diagnostics for all scooters purchased from us. If your scooter is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will:

  • Diagnose the issue at no charge
  • Communicate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf
  • Obtain approved warranty parts at no cost
  • Perform the labor at a 50% discount
  • Notify you as soon as your scooter is ready for pickup

We aim to make the repair process smooth, fast and hassle-free.
