Essential Safety & Legal Requirements
Riders must be one of the following to ride: 1) 8 years old 2) 4 feet tall or 3) 70 lbs. Any riders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult above the age of 18.
Riders must weigh between 70–300 lbs to ride a scooter safely.
You can ride in designated bike lanes, streets, and permitted areas throughout Boston and Cambridge. Please adhere to local traffic laws and avoid riding on sidewalks where prohibited.
No, our scooters are designed for single riders only. Riding with a passenger is prohibited.
Rental & Cancellation Policies
Rental scooters may be canceled and fully refunded if needed at any time.

There is no deposit needed to obtain a scooter rental.
Yes, please bring a valid form of government-issued identification.
We offer various rental durations, including hourly and daily options.
Scooter Performance & Features
Electric scooters travel up to 20 mph.
Electric scooters travel up to 12-20 miles on a single charge. For reservations of 2 or more hours, we automatically provide the 20-mile-range scooters by default.
Each rental includes a scooter charger that plugs into a basic wall outlet. No special accommodations are needed to charge the scooter in your home or hotel.

Yes, we provide group rental packages and corporate bookings for 12+ guests. Contact our store for details on pricing and availability.
Enjoy a 30% discount when booking a Tour & Rental Combo. Start with a guided tour for 1 or 2 hours, then continue exploring at your own pace with a rental. When booking either a tour or rental, you will be prompted with the option to add another booking for 30% off at checkout. Parking & Returns
Park the scooter in designated bike parking zones or appropriate public areas where it does not block pathways or entrances. Lock the scooters to a bike rack using our shop-provided U-locks (free of charge).
Yes, we have a designated drop-off area for after-hours returns. Please ensure the scooter is locked and follow the return instructions provided at the store.

We operate rain or shine. We have single-use ponchos available for use if it is wet outside.
