If the scooter has a major mechanical issue due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days we will obtain a new replacement for you.Â
Each scooter company has its own warranty on PARTS-ONLY. Visit the manufacturer’s website for specific scooter warranty information.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Within the scooter manufacturer’s warranty period, all you need to do is bring the scooter into our shop, we will diagnose the issue, communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf, obtain the part for free, and repair the scooter. We will then notify you when it is repaired and ready for pick-up. We do charge for labor. However, scooters purchased in our shop are eligible for 50% off electronic labor prices (see our repair page for our price list). Additionally, we gladly order electronic parts on your behalf for any scooters purchased through our store, we do not do this for scooters purchased elsewhere.
